It is not your environment, it is you-the quality of your minds, the integrity of your souls and the determination of your will that will decide your future and shape your lives. Benjamin E Mays, Educator
School News 2009
Dear Parents and Guardians:
We made it through another successful school year! Our students have steadily made gains academically and socially and we want to ensure that over the summer break, they continue to make strides in the same forward direction. Many of the teachers will be putting together packets of material for the students to utilize over their break.
Please make sure to communicate with your child's teacher to find out what skills they need to work on if a packet is not distributed. Reading, Math and Writing are all subjects that will be of benefit to your child's academic success. So simply have them spend a couple of hours a week working on enrichment activities in these areas.
